Presided by Fr Peter Malone msc and others, and in fellowship with the Daughters of Our Lady of the Sacred Heart, MSC Sisters and Robyn’s family and friends, the Mass at St Paul’s Catholic Church, Bentleigh, was a beautiful expression of Robyn’s spirit and love. Accounts of her life from childhood to maturity, told of the impact she had on so many people. Hers was a life of love and warmth that extended to all she embraced, from the most remote Indigenous communities in whom she found belonging, to the various institutes and communities she immersed herself in. And in each space and in each meeting, Robyn was a woman full of joy and music.

Though we mourn the loss of “our beloved Sr Robyn Reynolds OLSH”, as on the cover of the service booklet, with tears shed and grief expressed, there was a permeating sense of peace and acceptance that Robyn had met her own Beloved.

We are grateful at Heart of Life, to have known Robyn in our own way. We continue to share with the OLSH Sisters, her Chevalier family, her Indigenous friends, and her family and friends the world over, her gifts of spirit, so evident in our memory.
